Subprocessors
These companies process personal data from our customers’ accounts on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We tell our customers’ administrators by email at least 30 days before we add or replace one, as set out in our Data Processing Agreement at neuroforecast.com/legal/dpa.
Microsoft (Azure)
Hosts the app and its data
EU accounts: Poland and the Netherlands. US accounts: United States
Postmark
Sends emails: sign-in codes, invitations and notifications

NEUROFORECAST sp. z o.o. or NeuroForecast LLC
The other NeuroForecast company, when its staff provide support
Poland or United States
Transfers outside the European Economic Area are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as described in section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement.
Systems you connect to the app yourself, such as your ERP, advertising platforms or market price tools, work under your own contracts with them and are not our subprocessors.
